The master bedroom will be available on December 15th. The house is located
in a quiet neighborhood. Very safe and peaceful. Address: 2476 SE Powell
Pl, Corvallis, OR
This is a 3-bedroom house. So far only me and my roommate. My roommate is
moving out in mid December. So you will only have one roommate.
The master bedroom has private entrance to the bathroom.
About the house:
It is a 3 bedroom one bathroom, with one car garage and a huge fenced
backyard.
Washer/Dryer and dishwasher equipped.
Wall stove equipped.
You can take the master bedroom. I live in the second largest bedroom and
the third bedroom is shared as a game/office room by me and my roommate.
The rent is 600 + utility, and it is due by the end of the month. Security
deposit is one month of rent. No additional charges on well behaved pets.
So far I have two cats.
I am very easy going and laid back. Getting together with close friends is
great, but no noisy parties please. No loud sound after 10:00 pm. A clean,
self organized roommate is expected. You are welcome to text or call me so
