There will be a bedroom available in the duplex (2BR, 1BA, 1 Garage) I'm
current living in.  You can move in anytime after Jan 15, 2014. The duplex
is located at 1458 NW 20th PL, 5min drive to campus and 5 min walk to Fred
Meyer. It has a really spacious living room and quiet surroundings.  Rent
is 895 per month including water. 6 months lease.  Furniture for living
room and kitchen are ready to use but you need your own furniture for
bedroom

I am a third year electrical engineering PhD student of OSU, officer of
CAOSU,  male, 24 years old. Neat and clean.
