The China Night is scheduled on the coming Sunday night, and we will work for it on this Saturday afternoon and the whole Sunday. The working place is MU kitchen, the location is showed on the map attached (NOTE: MU kitchen is not in MU, it is between Kerr and Snall Hall).
The cooking schedule:
Saturday afternoon 1:00 – 5:00 pm
If you are volunteers working on Saturday afternoon, please arrive at MU kitchen at 1:00pm. We will work until about 5:00 (if you are busy, you may get later or leave early. it doesn’t matter). To these volunteers, we will NOT provide dinner, I am sorry.
Sunday morning (8:00 – 12:00) and afternoon (1:00 – 5:00)
If you are volunteers working on Sunday (morning or/and afternoon), please get MU kitchen at 8:00 (morning) or 1:00 (afternoon), of course, if you are busy or want more sleep, you may get later or leave early. We will provide lunch and dinner (dinner is available after serving food finished, it is about 6:30 – 7:00), every volunteer is welcome.
Serving food (Sunday 5:00 – 7:00pm)
If you are volunteers serving food, please get MU kitchen at 5:00pm Sunday. We will go to MU together. After it, dinner is available.
To all cooking volunteers:
1. you do not need bring anything;
2. 2. you will be allowed to enter MU, and watch the show free ( I am not sure if table available for you, but chairs are provided);
3. The location of MU kitchen is showed on the map attached.
4. Please CHECK your working hours (which is attached with this E-mail). If you have any problem or the working hour is scheduled incorrectly, please contact me.
