Spring in Corvallis is always present and enjoyable. Hope we all are able to take advantage of the beautify of Oregon, and of curse, the new Spring Quarter just started.
Many of us with "scientific mind" have a wrong idea that only those superstitious people are interested in the spiritual things. If our minds are open, we will find spiritual things are real and affecting our daily activities in a significant way. There are a lot of things we know exist but we cannot see or touch, we cannot simply say since I don't see it so it must be not there.
Knowledge in the spiritual realm, or more specifically the knowledge of God is a fascinating category of understanding. The knowledge or the study of God we call it theology. Not necessarily we have to be a believer in order to examine it, we all should. Are you interested to know what is going on in God's world? We would like to invite you to a 10-session course starting next week (from the week of 4-9-07 to the week of 6-11-07), and here is the detail.
Course: The Introduction of Theology
Format: DVD class 1 hr 15 min, Discussion 45 min.
Time: Every Tuesday 7 to 9 PM or Every Sunday 230 to 430 PM (both classes are identical, choose the one fit your schedule)
Place: 125 NW 10th St, First Baptist Church, first floor library
Cost: Free, if you desire printed notebook, 25.00
