Dear CAOSU members,

I understand your patriot views on this issue.  As the first amendment to
the constitution, the bills of right".  The writer for Daily Barometer has
the right to express her view on the human right issue.  I support
President's view about posting CAOSU's view on the Daily Barometer to
counter her argument.  But lets be educated and thoughtful about our
response first and respond in a gentle way.  After all, your comments on the
mail list is way too angry.

The human right issue in China is a big issue with our country right now and
Westerners do have their view regarding this issue.  But we have a different
perspective due to our life experience in China.  Regardless of which side
you take, Olympics should be pure sports not a political issue.  I think
that should be our arguments on this topic.

Let your opinions to be heard, not angers to be heard.

Thanks,

Michael
