Hello group presidents!

Please send this message out to the members of your group.  IBP (Filipino
Student Association), would appreciate any help we can receive in preparing
for
our night on Saturday, May 19th.  Any volunteer that is SIGNED UP will be
able
to check in at the event and watch from the back (if you don't have a
ticket).
Tickets come out on Monday, May 14th!  Please contact gaerlana at gmail.com if
you
would like to get on the list for serving.  Below is the times we need
volunteers. Please let us know ASAP!

friday (18th): food prep from 4pm-8pm (snell kitchen)
10 volunteers

saturday (19th): cooking from 11am-4pm (snell kitchen)
10 volunteers

saturday (19th): serving from 4:30pm-7:30pm (MU ballroom: West ballroom)
(first part is a general meeting and overview of the layout for food
serving)
25 volunteers
