Hello, all,

Have you heard that the out break of E. coli (a kind of bacteria) attached to spinach killed a person and sickened more than 50 recently? It is reported that the outbreak has occured in at least 10 states, INCLUDING OREGON. Federal health officials warned consumers that even washing the suspect spinach won't kill the sometimes-deadly bacteria. So I guess we have to take a second thougth when we pick up a bag of spinach in the markets. Here is the link to the news:
