Hi all,

My roommate is going to leave for China on July 18th. He would like to have
someone take his bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment for summer.

The apartment is located at 960 NW Hobart Avenue, close to T.J.Max and
Trade Joe's, 10 min biking to campus, on-site laundry, and off-street
parking. The rent is $325 per month (time and price negotiable) and covers
water, sewer and garbage.
