A nice and clean apartment located at 978 NW Cleveland Ave will be available
after late Sept. The apartment has a pretty large living room and two very
large bedrooms(about 4m*4m) and is equipped with a oven, a relatively
new fridge and a dishwasher. Rent is 620/month (for two bed rooms, so
that's $310 for each) (water included) plus utilities (about 50/month).
Right next to the Newly opened walmart; 5~8 minutes walk to TJ Maxx, New
China buffet, trader joe's and other stores as well as a bus stop (which
goes to campus) on the 9th Street. 15 minutes to campus by bike. Nice and
quiet location.
I like to keep rooms tidy and not a party animal so you can expect a clean
and quiet environment. A tidy and easy-going male roommate is wanted.
