Who Wants to Go Cruise to Western Caribbean and Share the Van to Chichen Itza?

Hi everyone,

We are going to take a 7-day western Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale (FLL-near Miami) on Dec 1. The cruiser is Allure of Royal Caribbean -the world largest cruise and our friends who have taken this told us lots of fun on the board. On Dec 6 this cruiser will stop at Cozumei, Mexico from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are going to Chichen Itza-the seventh world wonder.  I am enclosing the link to some beautiful pictures of this place for your information. For international students/families you needn’t get a visa to take the cruise to visit the Latin American countries. One of our friends took Allure's land excursion to Chichen Itza in September but this time Allure will not offer this.  We have to find a private tour there. We have contacted another vendor-Mayan Explorers and their professional van driver will send us to Chichen Itza (round trip). The trip will take about three hours each way and the total cost of the van is $360. It can take 8-10 people in total. Now all the cruise lines are on sale and it is the best time of the year to Caribbean. Ours with a balcony is a little more than 2000 dollars for two plus $ 100 on board credit and $150 credit for the hotels. If the rooms don't have the window or balcony facing the ocean, it would be much cheaper. Now you might be able to get even better price.
