Hello,

I am a graduate student of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I have a 2-bedroom apartment, the lease will end on July 15th.I am looking for a new roommate to sign a new contract together.


The address is 521 Northwest 8th Street, 3#, Corvallis. It is close to OSU, only take 15-20 min to walk to Valley Library, and it takes less than 15 min to walk to Fred Meyer and downtown. The environment is quite quiet.


This apartment has 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom. The rent is 975 per month, each person is 487.5. The water and electric are all included in the rent. And the new contract is for half a year.
