I am a faculty member at the University of Guelph and will go doing my sabbatical for 5-6 weeks July-August and am looking for a place to stay. Will your room be available for the short period of time?

hi all
  I have a room in a house for rent , which is  on 14 th and Monroe street,  available starting from May 1 st, only $340 a month, share utilities with an Asian student,  it is quiet and next to OSU, close to restaurants, Fred Meyer....very good location. Male, female are OK, no pets in house.
