Hiii everyone,

The Indian Students Association will host its annual cultural celebration,
India
Night 2006 at the LaSells Stewart Center on April 15th(Sunday).

To make this gala event a big success, ISA is in great need of volunteers
for
the following sections:

Volunteer's help for 3 hours or more will be appreciated and remunerated
with a
free ticket per person.

Interested people should contact  Sasidhar at---
ISA VOLS <india.vols at gmail.com>

Please let him know about the date, time and section of your interest, so
that
he can keep you in the list.

1) Kitchen (cooking) (Required # ~ 80)

     April 14(saturday):   2.00PM - 10.00PM  (Required # of volunteers: 40)

     April 15 (Sunday):    9.00AM - 3.00PM    (Required # of volunteers: 40)

2) Food Serving and cleaning of serving area (required # : ~50-60):

   April 15:    6.30PM - 8.00PM (they should gather in La Sells at 5.30 PM)

3) Decoration (required number # : ~30):

   April 15:      8.00AM - 3.00PM (we might need help on April 13th also
from
5.00 PM – 9.00pm for backstage decoration)


4) After event kitchen cleaning:

   April 15:      8.00 PM onwards. Staffs from Student Involvement will
guide
through this period.
