Who cares Olympic games? May be you, may be me or may be an ordinary
Chinese. But it should not be the focal task of  Beijing bureaucrats. Of
course that gal is bias (I even did not bother to read her article). Who
is not? Technically, the fitness issue for the games should be on the
infrastructure of the host cities. However, the money-burning games is
more than a game in China. Have you ever heard a critical opinion in
official Chinese media? I doubt the 2008 games is all good for all
Chinese.  In my opinion, it is used by the bureaucrats to boost their
image abroad and only benefits a small portion of the vast country.
Chinese government has many other better places to spend money on. The
government should ask the people who pay the cost about hosting the
games at the first place. My point may be far stretched. But that's my
point on the games.
