I would like to find a male roommate to share a two-bedroom with me.  Below
is the information about my apartment.





Location: 1061 SW Washington Ave.  One block to OSU, 5 minutes to the Valley
library on foot.

Availability:  the apartment is available around September 10th.

Rent rate:  you share half of the rent ($450/2=225) and electricity.

Laundry: on-site laundry is available.

Parking: tenant parking spot is available.



Plus, the apartment is quite spacious with large bedroom and closet. Free TV
cable is available.
