How to search your local access number?
Fox examplesearch the area code for Hi)
Go to the phonecard's website  
http://www.1stphonecard.com/phon ... untryID=1&r=140
, then click HI in the Local Access column to search the local acces number, you will see the following information
Phone Card NameLocal Access NumberCityCountry / US State
China Call Back8082129250LIHUE HI
China Call Back8082149909WAILUKU HI
China Call Back8084505000HONOLULU HI
China Call Back8087569702HILO HI

All the above four numbers should be the local access number at Hawaii for your phonecard. Then you can make call following the instruction showing on your phonecard website. That is:
call one of the local access number first,  then input the Pin number of your phonecard, then input 011 + 86 (country code for China) + city code + phone number + #.
