Hi guys,

I’ll be out for winter vacation, so my apartment will be spare for a month. It
has one bed room, one living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On 15th Street and
very close to campus.

No matter how much electricity and gas you will use, just pay me the rent $240 a
month is OK. It’ll be spare after all.

I have every thing you may need there. TV, internet, heating radiator, lots kind
of pot and things like that.
