Hello, Everybody
In this very holiday season, CAOSU wish you and your family Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
To all our friends enjoying your holiday in Corvallis, Portland, California, Seattle, Phenix, New York, Chicago ,Mexico, our motherland and anywhere else in the world, we thank you so much for all the support you offered in 2006 and hope that CAOSU will gain more attention in the coming year. As we, all the committee members will continue to try our best to serve you in 2007. And here is the first thing we want to do.
To welcome the New Year, CAOSU plans to hold a singing conference at the start of winter quarter, for many of you guys told us that you really wanted to play Karao OK. Every one including kid is welcome to attend. You will sing in front of the others, but do not be scared, for we aim to have an entertainment event, but not a contest. Prizes will be given for great performances. Actually we will prepare as many prizes as possible. Moreover, we will have food and drink. This is a great opportunity for us to gather together, talk, sing and laugh. So come to join us.
If you are interested, please send me or any other committee member an email as soon as possible, informing us the songs that you want to sing, so that I can buy the disks in China. Because we need money for the place, food, prizes and disks, a small amount of money will be charged to each person attending. The exact number depends on how many people want to attend the conference. If too few people are interested, it has to be cancelled. So those of you who are interested, please do not hesitate to go.
