Hi, this is really a beautiful house located at Northwest of Corvallis within a walking distance to Co-op and kings circle shopping center. 5 minute bike to OSU. Currently there is a nice OSU senior girl(American) living it, so you will need to share the bathroom, kitchen(with everything you want) and living room (has a big size TV too!) washer & dryer with her. The bedroom is fully furnished with a wonderful outside view. Utilities will be $50 per month (garbage, electricity, wifi, water ect ) and you are expected to live an academic year and you can move in now.

It's a perfect place for students or anyone who's easy-going. Female only. I bet you'll love it once have a look at this lovely house. Please OHLY text me on 541-602-9726 if interested.
