Hello,

I'm looking for a girl to take over my lease which goes through July  
2013. You can move in right away. The monthly rent is $450 which  
includes all utility bills. No additional billings.

Basic Information about the room:

1. Located at 521 NW 8 ST. Close to campus (15 minutes walk to the  
Valley Library), near convenient stores and restaurants, and safe  
neighborhood.
2. Two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one living room, one kitchen, all  
wooden floor. The bedroom for sublease (about 12 square meters) is  
partly furnitured, with one desk, one chair and one large four-door in  
wall wardrobe. The living room and kitchen are fully furnitured.
3. On-site parking.
4. My roommate is still there. She is a neat, laid-back Chinese girl  
doing graduate study at OSU. You'll share the apt with her.
5. No on-site laundry. The only drawback about the apt. I used to do  
my laundry in a laundry center which is about 15 minutes walk away.
