[2013]Sublease a bedroom in August

Hi all,

One bedroom in a 2bd apartment will be available in August. It locates
about a mile from campus (20 min walk, 10 min bike), close to Fred Meyer,
on-site laundry, and off-street parking. The rent is $375/month (negotiable
depending on move-in date), water/sewer/garbage are included.  And the
whole apt will be available in September too (my roommate leaves in
September), so if you like the place, you can renew the lease.
