Apt in OAKVALE of 3390 NW Witham Hill Dr with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 living room and 1 dinner room. Partly furnished by me with 3 chairs and 1 big table. Furnishing is still in processing.
Refrigerator, oven, dish washer is equipped.
Tables, chairs, kitchen utensils, internet can be shared.
Laundry room is only 30 meters away.
7 minutes to OSU by bike.
Very good scenery and very nice neighbors.
Rental: 750 dollars per month, and 375 dollars for one bedroom. Paid month by month. The apt can be rented month by month, not by lease.
Something about me: 30 years old, male, from China mainland. Visiting professors to OSU. Easy to get along with and no bad habits.
