Hi,
I am a Chinese PhD student, Lee. I have a bedroom to sublease to a Chinese
female student from next week until the end of August. It is located in the
Casa Grande, 23rd Street and Grand Avenue, townhouse. It is near Fred
Mayor, very convenient, with good environment. We have one living room, one
kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathroom are in the
second floor. Living room and kitchen are downstairs. The other roommate is
a first-year PhD student, who is quiet and responsible. The rental fee for
each month is 385$, with 25$ for wifi for each person. The deposit is still
385$. You need to share the electricity fee every month with the roommate.
I hope to find a quiet and responsible girl to sublease my apartment. If it
is not convenient to move in March, you could still move in April for
