One of my friends is  looking for non-smoker roommate at 1454 NW 20th Pl. 2BR 1.5bathroom duplex. close to route 5 bus and Fred Meyer. Drive 3min to campus.  Really quiet surroundings,  spacious room with new installation and really nice landlord.  Rent is 850 per month (shared) including water.
His name is Kai Deng, food science PhD student. Nice, neat and easygoing.
