Hi All,



I am going to sublease my room which is located at the intersection of
NW 8th street and tyler street Right now the rent for the whole
apartment(two bedrooms) is 950 including water, electricity and
Internet. My roommate is a nice and clean graduate student from
statistics. You may do the following:



1.
Sublease my room from Jun. 1 to Aug. 1. The rent is 450 per
month(including everything). I will donate my desk, chair, new queen
size bed(worth 250 dollars) and so on. After
Aug. 1
, my roommate will move out and you can either find another roommate
or move. It is up to you!



2.
Sublease the whole apartment from Jun. 1, the rent for the whole
apartment is 900 before
Aug.1(I offer you 50 dollars discount). But from Aug. 1
, you have to sign a new contract with the landlord.
