I am looking for someone who is interested in my one bedroom apartment for
the summer, because I am out of town for internship. The apartment is
located at 750 SW C Unit 37, Corvallis, OR, 97233. The apartment's name is
Cedar Crest (http://www.cedar-crest.net/). I am asking for $625 each month
(including water and sewerage). After the lease, I will continue living
here. So the total period of the sublet is just the summer term.

General Information:
1. One bedroom, one living room, one bathroom and one Kitchen
2. On-site coin laundry
3. approximately 4 blocks from downtown Corvallis and 12 blocks from Oregon
State University.
4. Quite neighborhood
