Looking for someone to take over my lease of one bedroom in a 3br apartment with large living room and kitchen. Perfect move-in dates are from mid May to early June but this is flexible. The lease is going through the end of this year. The apartment is on 7th st. & Monroe (10 min walk to campus). Another two quiet and nice guys live in the apartment. Rent is $500 for the room plus electricity and internet. Guys preferred. Contact me if you are interested.
