Dear Campus Organization,

The Oregon State University Women’s center is excited to announce its second annual Feminist Fair.  In an effort to spread awareness about social justice, women’s issues and the work of the Women’s Center, we are holding this event in the Memorial Union Quad on the OSU campus on June 6, 2007.

We would like to invite your organization to be a part of the fair.  The fair will consist of numerous events throughout the day, including:  bands, dancing, gender-equity bake sale, a free raffle, feminist crafts and booths for campus organizations (hopefully including yours).  We ask for your support in bringing students and community members to learn more about the Women’s Center and its allies.  

The fair will be from 11 am to 3 or 4 pm.  If you wish to participate we request that someone be at your booth the entire time you have your materials there.  Please RSVP by May 14, 2007 to let us know if your group will be able to participate in our event.  We have reserved enough tables for twenty-five groups so please RSVP early on just in case we need to reserve more tables (we would like as many organizations to be there as possible).
