Hi,

Although it may be difficult, I am looking to sublease my 1-bedroom
1-bathroom apartment for 3 months because of my internship out of town,
starting from Sep 8th and ending around Dec 19th. The apartment is at NW
Orchard Ave and 33rd St, and is only minutes walk to campus. The room
is tidy and everything is new as I just moved in weeks ago. Cable TV is
available and you can acess internet in two minutes walk. Fees can
be discussed one on one. Please reply this email by the end of next week if
